1. Scope of Service

Decore Street offers professional interior design, space planning, modular manufacturing, and contracting services. All design mockups, estimations, and project timelines are subject to contract details signed during final project finalization.

2. Booking Consultations & Site Visits

Consultation bookings made through our website are subject to scheduling availability. Our designers will call to confirm the specific date and timing slot before proceeding with the free site visit.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Custom designs and project executions require a booking advance as detailed in your project proposal. Once factory manufacturing of modular components begins, changes or cancellations may incur material costs.

4. Quality & Material Warranties

Warranty certifications for modular cabinetry, edge-bandings, and third-party fittings (e.g. soft-close drawers) will be handed over to the client post final execution. Third-party brand warranties are governed by their respective manufacturers.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from projects or agreements will be governed by the laws applicable in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
